DR. ERIC HANSEN

Founder and Principle Chiropractor

A twist of fate compelled Eric into the chiropractic world as he walked into the wrong lecture hall Neuro-Rehab.

 

Eric passed his ACNB exams in 2012 and holds a Diplomate of Functional Neurology qualification. His journey has since taken him into the realms of vestibular rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury and more recently functional neuro-orthopaedic rehabilitation. Having access in his clinic to sophisticated diagnostic equipment has been a huge aid when treating complex cases such as vertigo and concussions.

 

Outside of work Eric usually spends his time playing dinosaurs with his little boy.

DR. CARLA TREMOLADA

Chiropractor

CHIROPRACTOR B.Chir.Sc., M.Chir.

Carla is a trained Chiropractor and an Australian Trampoline Gymnast who has gone on to study sports chiropractic in order to enhance her knowledge and feed her passion of treating athletes.

Being an athlete herself, she has had various injuries from tip to toe through her career. Through that, Carla had to become good at working out the best and quickest methods to help athletes recover and get back to training and competition. She is ready to share all this accumulated knowledge with the world and start treating at Brain and Body Health.

She is proficient in chiropractic and physiotherapy soft tissue techniques, is qualified in dry needling, has extensive experience in prescribing exercise rehab and is great at getting joints moving properly with chiropractic adjustments.

With all these different tools Carla will be able to help with your aches and pains and further, improve your athletic performance!

DR. SEAN CANDLER

Chiropractor

Sean is a textbook Canadian. Polite and plays Hockey.

His interest in Chiropractic developed from suffering several injuries in Hockey and wanting to help people get back to sport and health ASAP. Sean’s interest in the nervous system spawned from these injuries, a few hits to the head and the benefits he gained from his chiropractic treatment.

Sean is a highly motivated and passionate individual. He has completed his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University as well as a Bachelor of Science with Specialisation in Kinesiology at Western University in Canada.

Sean’s focus is on getting his patients out of pain as quickly as possible allowing them to return to their daily activities/hobbies/exercise.

He implements a variety of techniques including soft-tissue release, myofascial release, mobilisations, adjustments, dry needling and specific exercises to target under-active muscles.

Sean has a keen interest in brain based therapy and how the nervous system impacts our health, pain and recovery. He believes in a holistic approach, emphasising the importance of exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.

ABRAHAM TEDJAKUSUMA

 

Abraham is an Occupational Therapist

 

Abe is a fun and passionate Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney.  He is a strong advocate of a multidisciplinary therapy team approach, having completed his Bachelor in Exercise and Health Science prior to obtaining his Masters in Occupational Therapy.  Abe’s focus is on helping to improve the quality of life of both children and adults, through a client-centred approach to therapy.  He has a strong interest in the neurodevelopmental challenges faced by children and their families, as well as musculoskeletal conditions effecting people's day-to-day life. Abe aims to provide movement and brain based therapy that is not only fun and engaging, but helps children and adults to reach their full potential.

REBECCA HANSEN

 

Rebecca graduated in 2006 with a Masters of Chiropractic and quickly developed a reputation in the Gladesville area as a master of many disciplines. Rebecca went on to study acupuncture, nutrition, massage and more recently Animal Biomechanical Medicine (Chiropractic for Dogs and Horses). Rebecca now sees Dogs and Horses for aches and pains as well as people. If you think your pet needs help, ask Rebecca about if she can help.
