We talk about the merits of different types of fasting and what some of the benefits are. 3 day fasts have been shown to reboot the immune system, be effective in the treatment of epilepsy, aid in improving control of blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation and (obviously) help with fat loss.
Intermittant fasting vs 24 vs 3day+ fasting all have their pros and cons. Longer fasts raise the risk of the body eating itself for calories where as intermittant fasts are safer but wont let you get deep into the ketogenic zone.
We also talk about training and the difference between crossfit and f45 and the difference between bodybuilding and functional training.
